a) HBBS 7x5 @ 65-75%  rest 60
b) Benchpress 7x5  rest 90

4x5 weighted pull ups - sets 1-2 should be relatively easy.  3-4 are difficult

10 mins freestanding HS practice, 10 situps every 3 attempts

10x100m, rest 30-45sec

    Done; got a 20 sec hold in there a few times

    Overall, best training day this week thanks to increased food and sleep.

  2. Too busy at arques to do this one correctly...done in nanos for practice. felt ok. ankles loosened up w/ mob.

    Thruster:
    175

    Bench: 185, 205x2, 215x2 (f 2nd at 3 reps), 205, 185

    Pullups: 25, 45, 45, 55 - left shoulder felt uncomfortable at the dead hang

    squats w/ 60s rest...235, 245, 245, 255, 265, 265, 270

    gymnastics: skipped...no time

    Sprints: Done
