Warm up: as needed
3x3 HHC
2x1 2 HC + 1 SJ


Barbell:
15 mins to find max snatch
15 minutes to find max CnJ


Squats:
10 minutes to find daily max HBBS
6x3 HBBS @ 80% of daily max


Cond/Gymnastics:
30 muscle ups for time - 10 min cap
5 burpees EMOM including when the clock starts at 0:00

  2. Max Snatch: Didn't do. Right wrist is still feeling weird on snatches

    Max C&J: 125. Failed the jerk at 135

    Max HBBS: 185
    6x3 HBBS : I somehow managed to miss this while at the gym

    Conditioning:
    I did 10 minutes EMOM: 5 burpees and 3 pullups/3 dips on assisted machine
