4x1 jerk dip + 2 SJ from rack
4x2 3 pos deadlifts (2", knees, hips), 100%

    Conditioning:
    14:12 rxd but used men's rx box and 115#

    Gymnastics: practiced chest to bar butterfly pull ups and holding false grip for MU
