 2x2 75%, 2x1 80%, 1x1  85%, 2x1 90%- rest 90

CnJ:
 2x2 75%, 2x1 80%, 1x1  85%, 2x1 90%- rest 90

Squats:
FS 5x5 @ 65% of 1rm, rest 60

Strength:
a) 4x5 benchpress, rest 45
b) 4x2 snatch grip 1st pull + 3s hold + snatch grip pull, rest 45

3x3 weighted pull ups

10 min HS practice

    160, 170. 180 190 (no misses; felt great)

    Clean & jerk:
    200, 215, 225, 240 (back wasn't feeling good; used belt)

    FS: 200 (felt smooth)

    Strength:
    a) done
    b) skipped

    Weighted pull-ups:
    skipped; still pretty sore from BMUs

    Did ring HSPU and ran a mile instead. Trying to run a mile M, W, and F.

  2. Skipped Snatches today. Shoulders are tight and tired.

    C&J: 105, 110, 115, 120

    FS: 125

    Strength:
    a) all sets at 85lb (felt hard today)
    b) all sets at 115. Definately pulling early

    FS: 220 (felt ok. hip tight so drive is slow)
