  1. been sick this week, still not feeling 100%, did the barbell stuff, and conditioning from my box, but slacked on the strength this week.

    Snatch - 135# first time i've hit this since leaving CFM
    CnJ - 175# ez, 195# couldn't lock out the jerk, really focusing on split jerk technique today
