Gymnastics: check. more like walking in a straight line than a figure 8
Midline: i did twice the amount of regular sit ups. GHD makes my head pound
Conditioning: 3 Rounds + 1 Clean @ box jump: 24" and 145# and squat cleaned them all
140x1 and 140x2 is not even close - need to stay lighter
DeleteHHC should have been light with no misses
