    2.) 2 Rounds + 3 V-ups RxD (hands super ripped so i slowed down cuz it's not worth it)
    3.) 2 Rounds + 3 pull ups RxD

    Finisher - Part #1 -Attempt one set max wall balls, min 40 reps, penalty of 20 burpees every time you break if under 40 reps
    14# ball, 10ft target: 41 Reps

    Part #2 - Tabata push-ups (score is total reps)
