  1. right ankle tight. couldn't get knee out comfortably - need more mob.

    work up to 165, 175 feels very heavy to pull - couldnt catch able to drop under bar - heavier strains left shoulder

    work up to 249#, clean 259# but missed jerk. shoulder unstable

    first wod in a while, work through it. walked to pullups and capped at ~ 40s.
